Feng Huisheng, male, Han Chinese, born in 1957, is from Beijing, member of Communist Party of China, on-job undergraduate and Bachelor of Economics. Now, he serves as the member and deputy director general of Party group of Beijing Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau.
He served as the deputy director of Miyun County Government Office, Beijing, deputy director of county Party committee office, and secretary and director general of Party group of Miyun County Environmental Protection Bureau; Office director of Beijing Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, and deputy inspector of Beijing Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau.
He is responsible for the water pollution prevention and control, administrative examination and approval institution reform, construction project environmental impact assessment management and examination and approval, and air and water pollution prevention and control collaborative contact and coordination of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and surrounding areas.
He shares responsibility for Water Environment Management Office, Administrative Examination and Approval Office (Environmental Impact Assessment Office), Regional Coordination Office and Environmental Impact Assessment Center.
He also is responsible for contacting the district and county environmental protection agency.
